Description

LeGene dNTP Mix consists of all four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), each at a concentration of either 10, 25 or 100 mM (total concentration of nucleotides is 40mM, 100mM, or 400mM respectively) in a solution of 0.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5). The LeGene dNTP Mix is suitable for use in polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis, and TdT-tailing reactions, and the dilution of radiolabeled dNTPs.
