Description
LeGene dUTP Mix consists of all four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP), at a concentration of 10 mM each of dA, dC, dG and 20 mM dUTP in a solution of 0.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5). It can be used in
place of dTTP in PCR and RT-PCR protocols to prevent carryover from previous amplifications. |
