Description

LeGene 40 mM dATP is a PCR grade nucleotides contain at least 99% of deoxyadenocine triphosphate in a solution of 0.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5). The dNTP Mix solution containing 10 mM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dTTP can be formulate by simple mixing 1:1:1:1 volume ratio of 40 mM dATP, 40 mM dCTP, 40 mM dGTP and 40mM dTTP. It also can be formulate dUTP Mix solution containing 10 mM each of dATP, dGTP, dCTP and 20mM dUTP by mixing 1:1:1:1 volume ratio of 40 mM dATP, 40 mM dCTP, 40 mM dGTP and 80mM dUTP.
