LeGene Archival cDNA Racer is designed for generating single-stranded cDNA suitable for quantitative PCR applications and short- or long-term storage. The proprietary 10X cDNA Racer Buffer and 4X RNA Annealing Buffer contains an optimized buffer including a mixture of random and oligo-dT primers, dNTPs, Mg2+, enhancer, and stabilizer. It uses a combination of a mixture of RnaUs MMLV RT and engineered fusion RT in an optimized cDNA Racer buffer for the conversion of up to 1 μg of total RNA input in 10 µl reaction volume. It is ideally suited for generating cDNA archives, real-time quantitation, end-point PCR, and microarrays. The system contains all the components needed for RNA to cDNA conversion. The reagents are sufficient for 2,000 cDNA synthesis reactions of 10 µl reaction volume each.
