Fr-Fr Pre Real-Time cDNA Synthesis Master Mix, Pre-Aliquoted is a 5X concentrated cDNA synthesis master mix that contains all the necessary components for first strand cDNA synthesis including RnaUsScript reverse transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, primers, dNTPs, Mg2+, and stabilizers (except RNA template). This cDNA Synthesis Master Mix provides a sensitive and highly convenient pre-mixed cDNA synthesis solution for two-step RT-PCR. It uses a combination of RnaUsScript RT and an optimal blend of random primers and oligo-dT to synthesize high yield cDNA from a wide range of RNA input. This system is optimized for the production of targets <1kb in length. It is ideally suited for high throughput expression profile studies using both real-time quantitation as well as end-point RT-PCR. Each tube contains pre-aliquoted 4 μl of blue colored 5X master mix to enhance the visibility of the master mix. The reagents are sufficient for 48 cDNA synthesis reactions of 20 µl reaction volume each.
