Description

LeGene 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis System is optimized to synthesize high yield cDNA from total or poly( A)+ purified RNA. The system can be used with broad range of RNA template concentration, as little as 10 pg or as much as to 5 ug of total RNA. LeGene 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis reverse transcriptase is a mixture of RnaUs Script reverse transcriptase, an engineered MMLV RT and a ribonuclease inhibitor protein. A wide range of RNA targets from 100 bp to 10 kb can be detected with this system.

It is ideally suited for gene isolation, high throughput expression profile studies using real-time quantitation as well as end-point RT-PCR. The system contains all the components needed for first-strand cDNA synthesis. Reagents sufficient for 100 cDNA synthesis reactions of 20 µl reaction volume.
