ViralPath 1-Tube RT-qPCR SuperMix is designed for robust and reliable one-step pathogenic virus detection as well as gene expression workflows It is a 2X concentrated formulation master mix and designed for the reverse transcription (RT) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of a specific target RNA in a single tube for the detection and quantification of RNA using real-time detection instruments. The proprietary 2X RT-qPCR SuperMix contains thermostable RT, thermostable Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, enhancer, and stabilizers. ViralPath 1-Tube RT-qPCR SuperMix does not contain an internal reference dye. The system enables highly sensitive detection from as few copies of a target gene (<10) with a broad dynamic range that supports accurate quantification. Sufficient reagents are provided for 100, 400, 1,000, 2,500, and 10,000 amplification reactions of 20 μl each.
